Reservation Policies
- Minimum stay: 4 nights
- Check-in at 4 PM; Check-out at 10 AM
- Standard Rates: $4,000 per day
- High Week Rates (Thanksgiving; Spring Break; Easter; Memorial Day; 4th of July; Labor Day): $5,500 per day
- Ultra Premium Rates (Week of Christmas; Week of New Year): $7,500
- Rates exclude the Transient Accommodations Tax of (10.25%) and General Excise Tax of (4.712%) and HITAT of (3.0%)
- Cleaning fee of $1,500 for each rental
- 50% Initial Payment Due at Time of Booking
- Payment in full to the owner must be made within 21 days of guest’s arrival
- Each guest of every party must sign a release and waiver due to the unique nature of the property
- No large-scale events without owners written approval
The Property
The Property is rugged – perched on a high cliff overlooking the ocean, between two waterfalls, with a full tennis court, Olympic swimming pool and platform dive, and golf course.
The Pool
Our pool is not heated. Also, please be aware that the pool is not fully fenced, and the backyard ends in a steep cliff overlooking the ocean.
